MEET YOUR COACH
Your Questions, Answered
Q: Is this a group program or cohort?
A: No. This is a 1:1 program. All coaching is done directly with you or your founding team. There are no group sessions, no shared calls, and no recorded videos.
Q: Who will I be working with?
A: You will work directly with Andrew Buzinsky, a certified executive and leadership coach and experienced entrepreneur who has built and scaled companies to over $100M in annual revenue across more than a dozen countries.
Q: How is the 5 hours of coaching structured?
A: The program includes a one 2-hour kickoff working session and three additional hours of 1:1 coaching. Sessions are scheduled in a way that supports real work between meetings. This is not a single compressed workshop.
Q: How long does the boot camp take to complete?
A: Most founders complete the boot camp over 4 to 6 weeks, depending on availability and pace. The timeline is flexible but focused.
Q: Do I need a finished idea before applying?
A: No. You need a serious intent to start a business and a willingness to test your assumptions. Many founders apply with an early idea that still needs refinement.
Q: Is this only for first-time founders?
A: No. The boot camp is useful for both first-time founders and experienced entrepreneurs who want a clear, disciplined way to pressure-test a new idea.
Q: Will you help me write a full business plan?
A: The boot camp focuses on clarity, structure, and decision-making. Full business plan development is available as an optional advisory service if needed.
Q: Does this include financial models or cap table work?
A: Not in the base program. Financial modelling, cap table development, and startup capital advisory are available as optional services depending on your needs.
Q: What if I decide not to proceed with the business?
A: That is a valid outcome. Many founders use the boot camp to avoid costly mistakes. Leaving with the confidence not to proceed can be considered a success.
Q: How many companies are you accepting?
A: A limited number of companies are accepted in each intake to ensure quality and meaningful engagement.
Q: What happens after I apply?
A: Applications are reviewed personally.
If there appears to be a good fit, you will be contacted to schedule a short conversation before acceptance.
Custom support starts with a conversation.
